We consider this the "fitness choice" of the Tribred line. Why? It comes with fitness tires that allow it to be propelled much easier than the other Tribred models when using your carving motion, and it has a lighter battery configuration and no fairing.

The "L" on "36L" stands for "Light" and "Lean" – and if you choose to ride this model, using your body to propel it some of the time, you might just be adding an "L" after your own name as well!

Yes, you can still use this model to buzz to the market, run errands, and do a little cruising - since you get between 6 and 10 miles per charge. Top speeds are 9 and 13 mph (depending on which speed mode you use). Not bad, eh? And this puppy is retailing for just $1590! Getting Lean just got a whole lot easier… and whole lot more fun!

Fitness: Give it throttle to get your speed up then let off and carve just like the body powered Trikke carving vehicles. Have hills in your area? Here ya go. Just give it throttle! I know from personal experience and commuting 2 miles to and from the store. You get a great cardio workout if you continue the human powered carving action even with throttle applied.

Commuting: What a great commuting machine! Don't need the workout when running an errand or getting to work? Simply use straight throttle! The Pon-E Lite is still foldable so when you get to your destination, whether it's to work, the store or just cruis'n over to a friends house, just fold it up and take it inside with you! It fits great in a shopping basket too!
